If a technical error leads to duplicate payment or an incorrect amount being charged, please email us at hello@aimbright.in with the transaction details.\n\n• After verifying the details of the transaction, the refund will be initiated.\n• Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.\n• The credited will be completed within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the request (subject to bank timelines).
If the transaction fails on our platform but the amount is debited from your account, the issue will be resolved in coordination with the payment gateway/bank. AimBright will assist to the best of our ability.\n\n• Please email your concern to hello@aimbright.in with proof of the transaction.\n• Refunds in such cases will be initiated to credit after confirmation from the payment gateway or bank within 7 to 10 working days.
Once a gift amount is successfully credited to the recipient via AimBright Digital Invitations, no refund or cancellation will be allowed.
